DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
01 / THE OVERALL PLAN
Designed around how the site works.
The Market at Green Top brings a 7,000-square-foot market and a fueling operation together on one site. The project included 16 fueling positions and 3 tanks, making the relationship between the building and the surrounding site central to the design.
NV designed the ergonomic site and floor plan, consulted with engineers, and constructed both the building and the fueling system. That involvement carried the overall plan from the drawing stage into the work on site.
02 / DESIGN TO CONSTRUCTION
From the first drawing to the work on site.
The original design study and construction photographs follow the project above ground, below ground, and inside the market.
Start with the whole site.
The market and the fueling area were planned as one project. NV designed the ergonomic site and floor plan and consulted with engineers, bringing the building layout and the surrounding fueling operation into the same planning process. The original facade study gives that work a visible starting point.

The scope extended beyond the market walls. NV constructed the fueling system as well as the building, with 16 fueling positions and 3 tanks. The field photographs show the underground installation and the concrete work that brought the forecourt together.

Inside the 7,000-square-foot building, the layout became a sequence of counters, service areas and open floor space. Wood finishes, dark exposed services and a green focal point give the market its character. The photographs follow the casework from fabrication in the shop to its place in the interior buildout.

PROJECT OUTCOMES
One site, brought together.
The delivered project combines the 7,000-square-foot market with 16 fueling positions and 3 tanks. NV’s role connected site and floor-plan design, consultation with engineers, and construction of the building and fueling system.
A STRONGER TOMORROW. TOGETHER.
