01 / THE BUSINESS NEED
A growing business. A building designed around it.
PCF had outgrown its existing business space for manufacturing parts. The project called for a new facility that could bring its manufacturing operation, showroom and supporting spaces together.
NV took responsibility for the full design-build—from evaluating feasibility and developing the design to completing construction. That continuity connected the early building decisions with the work in the field.

The original model and elevation studies brought the manufacturing area, showroom and supporting spaces into one building design. NV handled feasibility and design as part of the same scope that carried the project into construction.

NV carried the design into construction, handling pad work and the red-iron metal building. The construction scope continued inside with electrical, plumbing, restrooms, a showroom, and heating and cooling.
PAD WORK / STRUCTURE / BUILDING SYSTEMS
Foundation preparation with reinforcing steel and concrete-placement equipment.
Inside the building during construction: steel framing, insulation and interior partitions.
CONSTRUCTION SCOPE

Showroom and entrance, with finished flooring and exposed HVAC ductwork.

The completed project gives PCF a 7,100-square-foot facility in a 20-foot-tall metal building, with manufacturing space, a showroom, restrooms, electrical and plumbing systems, and heating and cooling.
