MATCHING OFFICE
01 / THE DESIGN BRIEF
A familiar building. An unexpected brief.
NV was brought in to walk an old dentist’s office and imagine a complete remodel from scratch. The client wanted a modern, masculine workplace with an ominous street presence—a building that kept its purpose private.
The theme was Darth Vader. NV translated that direction into a full design-build: two executive suites with private amenities, places to meet and entertain, and the working rooms needed to support the office every day.
02 / INSIDE THE TRANSFORMATION
From a walkthrough to a world of its own.
Original design work and project photographs trace the shift from the former dentist’s office to a deliberately private, modern workplace.
Rework it from the inside out.
NV’s first step was to walk the old dentist’s office and design a full remodel from scratch. The new plan reorganized the building around executive suites, staff offices and shared rooms. The construction photographs show the work behind that transformation: opened walls, new layouts and pipework beneath the floor.
WALKTHROUGH / DESIGN / INTERIOR RECONSTRUCTION

Original floor-plan design study for the 305 office remodel.

New pipework being installed inside the stripped-out building.
The brief: Darth Vader.
Modern, masculine and ominous from the street—that was the direction. Inside, dark surfaces and sharply defined lighting give the office its character, while pale stone and tile bring contrast. A conference room with a full bar, a sitting room and a full kitchen make room for more than desk work.
VISUAL IDENTITY / CONFERENCE ROOM / FULL BAR

Geometric lighting, dark cabinetry and pale tile establish the interior palette.

The conference-room bar, with dark cabinetry and a gold-toned backsplash.
Private spaces within the plan.
Two executive suites each bring together a full bathroom, a personal gun safe and a private garden. The rest of the workplace includes three staff offices, a copy room and restrooms. The result balances the client’s distinctive visual brief with a complete program of private and shared spaces.
EXECUTIVE SUITES / FULL BATHROOMS / PRIVATE GARDENS

Black doors, mirrored surfaces and geometric lighting carry the design through the interior.

A private garden brings daylight and greenery behind the discreet street facade.
CONSTRUCTION SCOPE
A complete workplace, designed and built by NV.
MATERIALS, PRIVACY & THE FINAL DETAILS

Stone finishes, black fixtures and a glass shower in an executive bathroom.

The reworked entrance keeps the building’s street presence private.

PROJECT OUTCOMES
The next project was next door.
The client loved the finished remodel so much that they hired NV to create a matching office next door. What began with a walkthrough of an old dentist’s office became a distinctive workplace—and a repeat commission.
A STRONGER TOMORROW. TOGETHER.
