GROUND-UP RESTAURANT CONSTRUCTION
Braum’s
From Longview to a Growing Multi-State Partnership.
01 / PROJECT OVERVIEW
Two restaurants. A growing program.
NV’s relationship with Braum’s began with two complete ground-up restaurants in Longview, Texas. Loop 281 and Highway 259 each encompass 6,142 square feet, delivered over five and six months respectively.
Today, three additional ground-up restaurants are under construction in Arkansas, with expansion into two more states planned for 2027. All five projects carry the full construction scope—from initial sitework through building completion. The Texas restaurants are complete; the Arkansas work is underway.

02 / CONSTRUCTION SCOPE
From Sitework to Completion.
At both original Longview locations, NV’s responsibility extended from sitework and underground utilities through complete ground-up building construction. That work included coordinating construction trades and building systems, with fire protection systems incorporating antifreeze.
The location-specific scope included an 80-mil PVC roofing system and standing-seam tower roofing at Loop 281, and an exterior canopy system at Highway 259. The three Arkansas restaurants also carry the full ground-up scope, with systems and specifications defined for each site.
03 / THE RELATIONSHIP
The Work That Earned the Next Opportunity.
Owner-level responsiveness, backed by the experience and operational capacity to deliver substantial commercial construction.
The Longview projects were the beginning of a working relationship built in the day-to-day decisions of construction. Braum’s needed complete restaurants delivered, and NV brought an experienced construction management team with direct access to the people responsible for moving the work forward.
Quick answers mattered. So did clear explanations of what was happening on site, which decisions needed attention, and how a proposed change would affect the work. NV’s lean team kept those conversations direct, while project managers and field leadership coordinated the full construction effort.
When a plan needed reconsideration, the response was practical: identify the issue, bring the right people into the discussion, and help develop a workable solution. Attention to detail and transparency gave the owner a clearer view of the decisions being made throughout construction.
That approach extended across project responsibilities. When coordination issues involved owner-managed work, NV worked proactively with the owner and other stakeholders to help maintain progress. The team stayed engaged with the problem and accountable for its part in resolving it.
The completed restaurants demonstrated construction capability. The way NV communicated, responded, and followed through helped strengthen the relationship behind them. The next opportunity came with the same client—and the work is now continuing beyond Texas.
04 / THE NEXT CHAPTER
Beyond Longview.
The two Longview restaurants established more than a completed project history. Responsive execution and practical coordination helped the relationship develop into a continuing, multi-state construction program.
NV is now constructing three additional ground-up Braum’s restaurants in Arkansas, carrying the full scope from sitework through building completion. Expansion into two additional states is planned for 2027.
